On a recommendation from the Premier Inn reception staff, I walked a mile into town to the Qismat restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. Exceptionally fresh. All the meat was tender and cooked to perfection. The garlic & coriander naan bread was so light and fluffy with an outstanding taste. I topped it all off with the Gulab jamin and ice cream followed by a coffee liqueur. Sensibly I walked back to the hotel in the hope I may burn off one or two of those pesky calories I just amassed. I'm as full as a fat bird's shoe now but don't regret that delicious, perfectly prepared meal. Definitely recommend Qismat. A credit to the owners and all the staff in this crackin' restaurant!
